High-precision components from 3-axis to 5-axis CNC centers. Materials include aluminum alloys (6061/7075), stainless steel (304/316), brass, copper, and engineering plastics (PEEK, Delrin, Nylon). Tolerances down to ±0.005mm.
🔨 Metal Stamping & Forming
Progressive die stamping, deep drawing, and sheet metal forming for high-volume production. Press capacity from 25 to 800 tons. Materials include cold-rolled steel, galvanized sheet, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper alloys.
🧪 Plastic Injection Molding
Custom injection-molded components with in-house tooling design and fabrication. 50–2,000 ton clamping force. Resins include ABS, PC, PP, PA6/66, POM, PBT, and glass-fiber reinforced grades. Insert molding and overmolding capabilities.
🔩 Fasteners & Fixtures
Standard and specialty fasteners including bolts, screws, nuts, rivets, and retaining clips. Custom fixture components for assembly jigs and production tooling. Materials comply with GB, DIN, JIS, and ANSI standards. Heat treatment and plating options available.
🛠️ Custom Hardware Assemblies
Turnkey sub-assembly and full-assembly solutions combining machined, stamped, and molded components. Services include mechanical assembly, press-fitting, welding (resistance/TIG/MIG), riveting, adhesive bonding, and functional testing per customer specifications.
